Mr. Mathew Pearce

Biography

He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Saudi British Bank (SABB) where he has led the Finance and Treasury Operations units through the Bank’s public merger with Alawwal Bank since 2016. SABB is one of the largest listed banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With over 20 years of international experience in financial services, mostly gained in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, India, Japan and Saudi Arabia, where he served in a number of senior finance leadership roles across retail, private, wholesale and investment banking, as well as insurance, and asset management. Prior to joining SABB, he worked at HSBC, one of the world’s largest financial institutions.
