Biography
I am leading the Data Science and Advanced Analytics vertical within Consumer Banking Group of ADCB, the third largest bank in UAE. The team works closely with each other to develop customer scoring models and optimize the existing cross sell framework by developing Next Best Offer strategies . Being part of this team since last 16 years, I have been responsible for creating new capabilities that improves business performance and enables informed decision making. Some of my key contributions have been in implementing a marketing analytics framework, in order to transform the marketing function from one driven by guesswork and assumption to a metrics driven revenue-focused business model. Today, we are laying the foundation for the Data Lake and a robust Machine Learning environment which will operationalize the power of artificial intelligence lying in our models. The challenge will be to tap into new sources of data, generate more granular insights into the business and our customers, and shape the future of personalized experiences.
